ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED MONDAY LUNCH TIME EACH WEEK TO CREATE CONSISTENCY WITH SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS/DELIVERIES AND  ALSO DUE TO THE PRODUCT BEING PERISHABLE. ORDERS NEED BE IN BEFORE MONDAY EACH WEEK TO GUARANTEE THEY WILL BE DISPATCHED MONDAY

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THERE MAY BE STILL BE DELAYS TO TRANSIT TIMES DUE TO COVID WHEN DEPOT STAFF AND DRIVERS ARE REQUIRED TO ISOLATE, THESE DELAYS ARE  OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

How much does shipping cost?

We offer $9.95 shipping per item to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Ulladulla, Illawarra and Central Coast, Adelaide via ARAMEX Couriers.

 
Delivery instructions and time frames

Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Woolongong, Ulladulla, Illawarra, Adelaide and Central Coast orders are shipped LUNCH TIME MONDAY'S morning from Canberra. 

Sydney, Melbourne Metro areas SHOULD ARRIVE  Tuesday & Wednesday. 

Brisbane and Gold Coast areas are delivered Wednesday and Thursday

We expect all deliveries to be  made in the specified areas by COB Thursday. 

Note: Please note that our couriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
Please be prepared for slight delays to your delivery around Christmas, Easter and public holidays.

When public holidays occur on a Monday, orders will be shipped on the Tuesday. Allow +1 day from normal delivery time frames 

How will my order be shipped?


Fresh Patch use Fastway Couriers to ship your order and therefore you must supply a street address as PO boxes and Parcel lockers are unable to be delivered to.

As with most delivery services, the couriers that will deliver your order do not have a standard or set time of the day that goods are delivered. Your order will be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday, latest Thursday depending on your location and generally only during business hours 8am-6pm.

During your checkout process there will be a special delivery instructions comment box if you have any special requests. Please note: not all requests will be able to be made, however we will attempt to ensure we provide the best service we can.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

If you are not at home to receive your delivery, your Fresh Patch will be left at your specified address.  

ONCE DELIVERED Use of the product by a user is at the user’s risk.

Who’s liable if the parcel gets lost or damaged?

As all Fresh Patch product deliveries are subject to Authority to Leave or Fresh Patch PTY LTD are not liable for any stolen, lost or damaged order or deliveries.  

This means it's really important there‘s a safe place the parcel can be left.

What happens if my order does not arrive in the estimated time frame?

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS for Fresh Patch mini, Fresh Patch small dog and Fresh Patch Large dog products as these products are perishable.

 

RIPS,TEARS, DIVOTS AND OTHER MINOR DEFECTS MAY OCCUR FROM TIME TO TIME. THEY RARE YET UNAVOIDABLE DUE THE GRASS PRODUCTS BEING A NATURAL LIVING PLANT. IN WINTER THE GRASS MAY BE COLOURED IF YELOOW FROM FROST BURN 

 

WE DO NOT OFFER A RETURN SHIPPING SERVICE ON ACCESSORY PRODUCTS

  • Accessory items may be returned if unused at customers own expense as we do not offer a return shipping service. The refund will processed once item is returned to Fresh Patch and examined by our staff and deemed to be unused and undamaged.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
